I have to admit – I am not much of a music aficionado. I can’t tell you how this chord works with that chord, or how the artist was clearly influenced by some long dead artist. What I can tell you is if I like something or not – and I LOVE this debut album

Stephanie Caro, on her blog Small Church Youth Ministry, wrote a great post over the weekend talking about numbers. As a former engineering major, some of these stats really jumped out at me…   8 students: average size youth group in America 10%:  percentage # of students you should have of your church’s worship attendance.
