- Ok, I may have gone a WEE BIT overboard on tech week. I wrote a lot of stuff this week. I actually had a lot more I could have written about but didn’t. I guess I am just a big geek.
- We think our one month son has colic. Yikes! Hello sleep deprivation! Poor guy, though, he’s in a lot of pain when it hits him. Hopefully this will pass soon, for all of our sakes.
- Have you connected with me on Twitter yet? Click on the sidebar to follow me, and say hi!
- I took my family to our hometown festival. It was a lot less fun than I remember it, and we practically spent the equivalent of a day a major theme park just to ride a few goofy kids rides. Still, the kids had fun, and tomorrow is the big parade. That should be fun, unless its not, then we’ll just be hot.
- I tried out the new Facebook Places this week. I was actually the first of my friends to use it. I feel cool. Anyways, even though people will freak out and think it goes too far in sharing our lives, I like it because you’re actually out in the real world and not just sitting on your couch. If I am at a Reds game, and two of my friends check in as well, I can see they are there and actually see my friends in person, not just over a status update.
- A facebook thing I don’t like – The constant “likes” that people have. And by people, I predominately mean teens. Sometimes I want to shake these teens and ask, “What in the world are you thinking?”
- Over the next few days, I am going to be adding some more social features to the blog, including facebook/twitter stuff. Since this is all about a conversation, I am trying to make as many connections as possible. I’d love to hear from you!
