Maybe you’ve seen this video, maybe you haven’t. This merges “The Office” style mockumentary with youth ministry, and what you get is a humorous (and sobering) view of how bad youth ministry can get! I recommend showing this to your volunteers during a training session, showing them how valuable they are.
